Lakeitha “Mama Shay” Calhoun serves as the HR Personnel Specialist at Synergy Counseling of Greenwood, bringing warmth, dedication, and a deep commitment to excellence since joining the agency in 2020. A proud native of Abbeville, South Carolina, Lakeitha has faithfully supported the organization in various administrative leadership roles, including Office Assistant and Office Manager, before transitioning into her current position.

Known for her nurturing spirit and dependable nature, Lakeitha is not only a vital asset to Synergy’s team but also a pillar of strength and support to her family and community. She is the proud and loving mother of three children: La’Darrien, Te’Unna, and Antonio Jr.
