Kentavious Rayford

Kentavious Rayford has joined Synergy Counseling in Greenwood, SC, as part of their growing team, bringing a strong commitment to advancing mental health services and supporting clients in meaningful ways. In this role, he will contribute to program development, team leadership, and client-centered initiatives, aligning closely with Synergy Counseling’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care.

 

Kentavious holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling. His professional background spans government, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, where he has gained extensive experience in leadership, compliance oversight, team collaboration, and program coordination. Over the course of his career, Kentavious has demonstrated a consistent focus on improving organizational systems, empowering individuals, and fostering positive community impact.
